I wanted to let you know what a fantastic and professional job Amber Kovarik did with the financing of a condominium at the Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix which was purchased by my wife Melodie and me. The purchase closed earlier today.
I first spoke with Amber in late March, following a visit to Phoenix during which I saw a particular Biltmore condo. During the six or seven weeks between the time I first spoke with Amber and the time we finalized a contract, Amber and I were in regular communication regarding financing options and procedures. For Melodie and me, the process was very tentative in that we did not know for certain that we would make an offer until we spent a weekend in the condo in May. Given the lengthy uncertainty on our end, it probably would have been easy for her to say "when you have decided what you want to do, let me know" but she did not do that.
